about the role

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing & Social Media Strategist to help lead content strategy and production across client accounts. You’ll manage social calendars, repurpose visual assets, and support ongoing brand storytelling. The ideal candidate has a passion for architecture and real estate marketing, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and a knack for clear communication.

This is a 100% remote, part-time contract position (10–25 hours/week), with flexibility and potential for growth based on performance and company trajectory.

responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  • Curate, organize, and lightly edit photos and short-form video (15–90 seconds)

  • Write and schedule social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and more

  • Maintain and execute content calendars for each client

  • Assist with website content updates and light copywriting

Client Communication & Strategy

  • Collaborate with the creative director to ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual style

  • Join client meetings and take ownership of content ideas, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines

  • Liaise with clients to gather assets and share feedback to keep projects on track

Analytics & Operations

  • Monitor engagement and performance on social platforms

  • Compile monthly and annual reports using platform insights and Google Analytics

  • Identify time-saving solutions and propose workflow improvements

hours & compensation

  • Contract position with flexible hours
    (minimum 10 – maximum 25 hours/week)

  • Must be available at least two hours between 9am and 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday

  • Hourly rate: $30–$50 USD, based on experience

requirements

Must-Haves

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Demonstrated interest or background in real estate, architecture, or interior design

  • Client-facing or account management experience

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media or digital content

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and/or similar programs

  • Access to reliable internet and a computer capable of handling high-res image and video files

Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with NYC, SF, or Austin real estate and design markets

  • Experience with web hosting platforms such as Squarespace, Wix, or Wordpress

  • Experience with project management tools like Airtable, Gantt, Trello, or Google Sheets

  • A strong visual sense or background in design, lifestyle, or luxury branding
