Dare Haus is a digital marketing agency for design, architecture, and real estate professionals. Our clients range from individuals to small teams who are looking for an experienced marketer, but aren’t ready for a full time hire. Our clients tend to work with high net worth developers and luxury residential home owners. As an agency, we specialize in maintaining brand consistency, as well as discretion, to ensure that our clients’ work is featured in the best way possible.

about the role

As Dare Haus grows, we are looking for someone who can help keep up with production needs for our various clients. This role will work directly with Dare Haus Founder, Jack, to curate and create client deliverables such as social media posts, basic print design, website pages, video slideshows, and more.

There are no minimum education or experience requirements. Instead, we’re looking for a genuine interest in marketing and storytelling as it applies to the built environment (design, architecture, and real estate). For serious consideration, please include your favorite building and why in the body of your email. This position is part-time for now. Given your success, and the growth of the company overall, there is room to expand the role.

responsibilities:

  • Create short form (15-60 second) video content

  • Schedule and post content 

  • Create assets for print such as postcards, property brochures, etc. 

  • Monitor and update website pages with project details and press

  • Monitor and engage with Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok

  • Analyze analytics and create reports for social media and web platforms

hours & benefits

  • Freelance/contract

  • 10-20 hours per week

  • Flexible hours with  2-3 hours of overlap per week with 9am-5pm Eastern Monday-Friday

  • Potential to grow into full-time employee

  • ~$30/hour based on experience

need to have:

  • Ability to perform as a contract (1099) worker in the United States

  • Daily access to a reliable computer and high speed internet that can handle large image and design files

  • Content creation experience, especially video (bonus if you already have a favorite app to make Reels/Tiktoks)

  • Ability to communicate in American English 

  • Ability to prioritize and work towards deadlines

  • Eye for detail, especially when it comes to image balance and flow

nice to have

  • Prior experience with social media management for the built environment

  • Experience designing in Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Canva

  • Ongoing interest in and knowledge of the real estate market
